Our approach focuses on the areas of "structured evaluation" and "change certification". We conduct a "second party" analysis of your structures and procedures with you and provide you with our results in the form of a report. The results can be used for your further rationalization procedures, external audits or customer reports.
Change Certification: In today's economy, quick responses to current issues are needed. This includes the rapid adaptation of the operational circumstances. These changes can lead to higher turnover, which in some operational areas can lead to a loss of know-how. "Change Certification" identifies, measures and provides a concept for securing know-how, especially in companies with increased restructuring.
